The task of this NGO is not to fight for women rights. The task is to search for more than 10,000 people missing in European largest massacre, committed by Bosnian Serb army, on July 11, 1995, in Srebrenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Please read the introduction article to find out more about this.

News << Nazad | Novosti >> 08 Jul 2005 Delegations of more than 50 states and organisations to arrive in Srebrenica SARAJEVO, July 8 (FENA) – Delegations of more than 50 states and international organisations have confirmed their arrival in Srebrenica on July 11 for the commemoration of the tenth anniversary of the genocide. Presidents of Serbia-Montenegro Svetozar Marovic, Serbia Boris Tadic, Croatia Stjepan Mesic and Albania Alfred Mojsiju have confirmed their arrival. Foreign Affairs Ministers of Turkey (Abdullah Gul), Great Britain (Jack Straw), Holland (Bernard Bot), France (Philippe Douste-Blazy), Sweden (Laila Freivald), Slovenia (Dimitrij Rupel), Macedonia (Ilinka Mitreva) and Bulgaria (Salomon Pasi) will also arrive. A number of other countries will also be represented at the level of ministers, deputy ministers of ambassadors. The USA will be represented by the Ambassador for War Crimes Issues Pierre-Richard Prosper while Poland will be represented by its former Prime Minister, Tadeusz Mazowiecki. ICTY President Theodor Meron, World Bank President Paul Wolfowitz, ICRC Director for Europe Beatrice Megevand-Roggo, EU Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn and representatives of the UN, Council of Europe, the Organisation of the Islamic Conference and NATO have also confirmed their participation.
